Canada Line, TransLink's newest light metro rapid transit service opened August 17, 2009. The new line brings rapid rail service to Metro Vancouver with 16 stations from Downtown Vancouver to Richmond and Vancouver International Airport (YVR), linking professionals and consumers with direct access to the heart of Yaletown. The Yaletown Roundhouse station is centrally located on Davie Street between Hamilton Street and Pacific Boulevard.

There are currently two bus routes in the Yaletown area, C21 Yaletown/Beach/Burrard and C23 Yaletown/Davie. The C21 route starts at Burrard Statopm during peak periods and regularly runs along Beach Avenue to Pacific Boulevard. The C23 route regularly runs along Davie Street from Pacific Boulevard ending at Bidwell Street.
